Wow! That is so cool looking! And a great photo of it! It IS the People Tree Sculpture, made by an Israeli artist. I looked it up and they said they revealed one tier at a time over ten days time, and the top tier swivels in the wind. It was a big deal there, and I can see why. So cool.:)
